These terms apply to purchases from Ruqzenavilo™, operated by Quanzhou Yuqian Trading Co., Ltd., through ruqzenavilo.com.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility

2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Review listing details before purchase. Product photos are representative; minor differences in color, texture, finish, measurements, or weight may occur.
3. Orders and Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Orders may be refused or canceled due to payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material listing errors, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements.
4. Shipping
Processing generally takes 2–4 business days and may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated U.S. transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates.
5. Returns and Refunds
