1. Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and necessary verification. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Delivery Estimates
Estimated U.S. transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other events.
3. Shipping Charges and Fulfillment
Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout before payment. Orders may be fulfilled by us or designated partners, and dispatch locations may differ from our business address. Items in one order may ship separately.
4. Tracking and Address Changes
Tracking details are sent to the checkout email when available. Please provide an accurate address. Contact us immediately if an update is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
5. Delays, Lost, or Missing Parcels
Contact us with your order number if tracking has not updated or delivery is delayed. We will review available information and investigate where appropriate. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will provide an appropriate solution.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Report damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items promptly with relevant evidence. Confirmed store errors will be addressed without additional costs caused by that error.
