1. Return Window
You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before the return period expires.
2. Return Request
Email service@ruqzenavilo.com with your order number, checkout email, product name, and reason for return. For product issues, include relevant photos or video.
3. Return Condition
For preference-based returns, items must be unused, complete, unaltered, and in original condition with included components, accessories, labels, and inserts. Original protective packaging should be used where reasonably possible.
4. Minor Variations
Minor differences in color, texture, finish, dimensions, or weight may result from lighting, display settings, materials, or production processes and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
5. Return Address
Do not send a return until you receive approved return instructions. Our business address and the sender address on a parcel are not automatically authorized return locations.
6. Exclusions
Preference-based returns may be excluded for customized or personalized products, gift cards, final sale items, altered items, misused items, and products returned with missing components that prevent inspection.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items within 7 calendar days after delivery. Confirmed store errors will be handled through an appropriate solution without additional costs caused by that error.
8. Shipping Costs and Refunds
Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. After receipt, inspection, and approval, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
